“My five year old daughter has had a weak immune system for most of her life. Hobt has helped with that and has kept us out of the hospital for quite some time now. But, I was wondering, are there other things that I could be doing to help boost her immunity system?”
Yes, with the winter months soon approaching, we all find ourselves with weaker immune systems. So it is important that we all take extra care of ourselves and our health. Do not ignore the basics: eat healthy, get enough sleep, dress appropriately for the weather, wash your hands frequently, don’t touch your face, and take a good daily multi vitamin. Even still, with all the news about the flu this year, you may need some added protection. Now is a great time to consider some of the different types of immune drips.
Many families will bring their whole family to the clinic for immune drips, or vitamin C drips and Gluothione. These immune vitamin drips will give your immune system extra support during these tough winter months.
Immune drips do require prescriptions, so if you are interested in learning more about them, please contact either of the IHC centers. Nurse Shannon and I both are here to answer any questions you may have about these therapies.
It is so important to keep both you and your child healthy so you can continue your journey towards recovery.
